Political outrage over Army chief General VK Singh's leaked letter, parties demand action
The chief of the Indian Army, General VK Singh, may have skidded past the point of no-return on his collision course with the government. A letter from him to the Prime Minister, warning that India's security is at risk, has been leaked to the media. Many political parties have hinted that he is responsible for the leak.

  QUESTION :  Does  Singh  Decides  the 'Final Issue ' or  does the Defence minster ?

If it it is  SINGH  then why, i think, the ' POSTS  ' are not  Mutually  Exchanged ?
 Or --, I think ,  Singh was tried  as a 'CONDUIT' and  then the
matter kept ' Locked ' as  he  could  not    be   included in the 'Game' .

New Delhi:  After a brief bout of illness, anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare was back in action today. The anti-graft activist held a day-long token fast at the Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, where he hit out at the government demanding a strong Lokpal Bill, a cause that he championed for throughout last year. The 74-year-old activist had a strong message for the government today: "Introduce the Lokpal Bill or go in 2014".
