Tiwari's refusal for paternity test suggests he is the father: Court

The Delhi High Court today said though veteran Congress leader N D Tiwari cannot be physically compelled to give a blood sample for a DNA test in a paternity suit filed by a man, his persistent refusal can lead to the presumption that he is the father.

His refusal also betrays the chance that there might be more of his children in other /neglected Places.
