RAPID RESONSE

Why fix Rs. 32 a day as poverty line? Activists, Opposition slam Planning Commission recommendations
NDTV Correspondent, Wednesday September 21, 2011, New Delhi
If you earn over Rs. 32 a day in urban India and over Rs. 25 a day in rural India, benefits for those living Below the Poverty Line (BPL) will no longer come to you. The Planning Commission has revised its BPL figures but has come in for sharp criticism from activists who say given today's prices, these kinds of limitations and yardsticks are totally inadequate.

SOLILOQUY :
Rs 32 /= per day ! My Gosh ; so much money ! And they ask for HELP ?? The poor GOvt. has to make provision for NEXT 3 G & C W G SCAMS & SCHEMES !
WHY should the 'SACULAR' Govt help these ' enough - earning' Class. They are not B P L but TMEC ( Too Much Earning Class).
They should pay INCOME TAX to help their DEMOCRATIC & 'SAC-ULER' GOVT' to promote SCANS & SCHEMES.
