Now  The  the Hon. -able minister who can't make a speech without the 'speech-writers script ' and more often, I think , read the script of some one else  even in UN and have even more, great knowledge about the boundary and neighbors  of India, is now  to be probed over ILLEGAL  MINING !
 This news puts another  jewel on the CROWN of  the  present  UPA II  GOVT.
